Learn basic moves universal in all styles from snake arms to hip shimmies and undulations.
Designed to make you feel comfortable with your body. No previous dance experience is necessary. This class is for all sizes, shapes and ages of women. Wear comfortable clothing, a hip scarf and bring Water.
