Beginner Belly Dance Basics
A fun inspiring introduction to the Ancient Art of Middle Eastern Belly Dance. Learn basic moves universal in all styles form snake arms to hip shimmies and undulations. Increase your body’s flexibility, strength and muscle tone. Designed to make you feel comfortable with your body. No previous dance experience is necessary. This class is for all sizes, shapes and ages of women. Wear comfortable clothing. Come find the Goddess within your heart and spirit.
